An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential support for employees’ everyday challenges or more serious problems.
Specialists are available to offer support by phone anytime it’s needed, around the clock. In-person, online and work-site consultations are also available. An EAP offers access to services including counseling services, child and elder care referrals, financial and legal advice, and balancing work and life issues.
