Before you can get started on your onboarding please complete your Pre-Registration. Your onboarding will be delayed if you fail to complete the Pre-Registration required for your employment.

Here are the following steps to achieve before your start date.

BACKGROUND CHECK

Background Check

You will receive an email from XcelHR@Screening.Services with instructions to complete your background check.

CONNECT ONBOARDING

Connect Onboarding

You will be provided a link in an email from onboarding@xcelhr.com to register and complete your electronic onboarding.

VERIFICATION OF I-9 DOCUMENTS

Verification of I-9 Documents

  1. Gather your I-9 document(s). View List of Acceptable Documents.
  2. Print the I-9 Verification Template.
  3. Show your I-9 document(s) to a non-family member.
  4. Have that person sign the template, acknowledging that your document(s) are authentic.
  5. Scan the I-9 document(s) on the signed template and email to HR.PatriotEnterprises@XcelHR.com.
